Refund and Purchase Policy

One-time purchases

• •Roles, from $9.99 for 1 role to $44.99 for 6 roles, plus applicable taxes: each role is one complete analysis of one target role, with scores, diagnostics, recommendations, and a branded report. One assessment can use up to six roles.
• •Pro Resume Upgrade, $19.99 plus applicable taxes: one complete resume of no more than three pages, rewritten for one selected analyzed role, with Changes Applied, facts to confirm, and editable Word and PDF files.
• •Earlier MyRoleBuilder Standard and Pro purchases keep exactly what they originally included.
• •Nothing is a subscription. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again.

What the Pro Resume Upgrade does and does not add

The Pro Resume Upgrade rewrites your resume for one role you have already analyzed, using the same submitted materials. It uses only facts supported by those materials. It does not add another role, another assessment, or a new set of source documents.

If an analysis fails

Your roles are reserved when an assessment starts. If an assessment fails, the roles it reserved are returned automatically, so a failure does not cost you any roles.

Returning to a report you already generated, refreshing it, or downloading files from it never uses another role.

If you paid but nothing unlocked

Your purchase is confirmed on our servers directly with Stripe, not from a browser page, so closing the tab after paying does not lose your purchase. Your account also has a check for a missing payment on the dashboard.

If a payment succeeded and your access still does not appear, contact Support, or email support@myrolebuilder.com, with the date and the email you paid with, and we will correct it.

Refunds

There is no automatic no-questions refund window. If the service failed to deliver what you bought, contact Support and we will put it right, including a refund where that is the fair outcome.

Where a refund or a card dispute is processed, unused roles or upgrades from that purchase are revoked. A report that was already generated and delivered may remain readable to you.

Not included

MyRoleBuilder does not sell recruiter contact details or any recruiter-finding add-on, and no purchase promises recruiter discovery, an interview, or a hiring outcome.
